We believe that shopping starts in-store with great customer service; however, if you would like to purchase any of our products from the website, please see the details below:



To make a purchase:


  • Make a note of the item code (e.g. GN01)

  • Send us an email. Please include your phone number; we will reply at your preferred time.

  • We will then phone you to arrange payment over the phone using your preferred method.

  • Once the transaction is complete, we will post your items.

Postage & Packaging

  • £3.50  local postage (Jersey only)

  •  UK recorded, tracked, and signed for £8.50 and is only trackable once signed for by the receiver. Postage cost will depend on the size and weight of the parcel and be confirmed at the point of sale.

  • UK Special delivery £10, trackable all the way.

  • International postage is dependent on destination and weight; this will be confirmed at the point of sale

  • 20% VAT will be added to purchases delivered to the UK. We pay this amount to our local post office to prevent your parcel from getting stopped by UK customs. For international deliveries, please see the requirements for your country relating to any VAT you may need to pay.

  • Please note that delivery time is estimated by the post office and may be subject to delays. We can not take responsibility for any postal delays. We can provide a tracking number on request for you to check through your local post office, or our staff will be happy to check for you. Please note that recorded delivery is only trackable once signed for at the final destination. Special delivery is trackable all the way to your destination.
